Terms and Conditions

All ticket purchases are non refundable. Your place in the class is confirmed once payment has been received. As spaces are limited and materials are prepared in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

If you are unable to attend your booked class, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the start time. With sufficient notice, we are happy to transfer your booking to another available class date.

Requests made less than 48 hours before the class cannot be rescheduled.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In the event of a genuine emergency, such as a medical emergency affecting you or an immediate family member, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution together.
