Shipping and Returns

Shipping within Switzerland is CHF 9.90 per item.

Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged individually in our atelier before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Please note that production times may vary for made to order pieces. Specific timelines can be found in the product description.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

We ship internationally.

Shipping outside of Switzerland is CHF 33 per item.

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing times.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
